SURFACE PREPARATION

Full surface preparation includes cleaning, repairing, sanding, patching, masking and priming. The process may be time-consuming, but it's an essential step. An estimated 80 percent of paint failures are due to improperly preparing the surface.

Surface preparation can save time and money as well as substantially reducing the possibility of coating failure and costly re-works. It's the key to good-looking, long-lasting results. A properly prepared surface is clean, solid and dry, without cracks and imperfections.

Preparation for Paintings on Aircraft Surfaces made of Composites (activation)

Even sensitive materials, for example composite materials, can be treated gently. The laser evaporates the disturbing release agents and removes contaminations. In this process we can roughen the surface selectively, without damaging the fibers. Thus, an optimal area for further processing is created.

Corrosion Inhibition During Surface Preparation

We provide this service as well as CIC Products to MRO hangers Nationwide. After this process protective layers of coating will be applied to ensure the perfect treatment. We offer this service to both fixed and rotary winged aircrafts.

Surface preparation of helicopter rotor blades

To receive a quick result and clean surface characteristics for ongoing paintings, the surface of rotor blades will be treated gently by our process. The treatment is the first step after the curing process. Subsequently, the coating system is applied.
